Subliminal mp3s are spreading like wildfire online, it now seems like every “guru” is making their own range, every hypnosis website has a selection, and not to mention the kids selling mp3s from their bedrooms on ebay!

It is a shame there is so much incorrect information out there as If used with an open mind, and with grounded targets then subliminal audio will be able to bring some amazing benefits, and in many cases change your life for the better.

The key word here being HELP. The above over the top claims all have something in common – they’re saying subliminal messaging will do all of it for you – this couldn’t be further from the truth. It is just a tool to assist you. It will help support your goals, refocus the mind and provide you with a thrust in the right direction however it won’t do it all on it’s own. To give an actual example, it will increase your motivation but will not completely change your viewpoint on something right away, it will even help you to save money, however it won’t happen instantly.
